PB and J Smoothie

A delicious, healthy treat that brings you back to childhood.
We often have a hard time loving ourselves, but when we love ourselves, we have more to give. The best way to love yourself is through self care: detoxing, eating healthy food, exercising, resting, feeling joy, caring for the body, mind and spirit.
That’s why I created this healthy love smoothie recipe for you. This smoothie has an uncanny resemblance to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Ingredients:
1 banana (frozen is preferable, but fresh is good too)
6-8 frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp. peanut butter
big handful of spinach
1 cup apple juice (more or less, depending on your blender) Blend until creamy. Sip and smile. You are so loved. Make it even better and share it with someone you love. I hope you enjoy it.
