 Here is the recipe and video for Watermelon – Mint Soup.

Ingredients:
4 cups seedless watermelon
4-6 mint leaves
4-6 ice cubes

Directions:
1. Remove the rind from the watermelon and blend all in blender until smooth.
Usually takes about 10-30 seconds depending on your blender.
